It Took a While ...

... but the Springville Herald finally got around to publishing the photo of the Inspirations 2008 award winners at the kids' school (see post from last month). Of course there's been a backlog of news in Springville, what with all those stories about rutabaga blight and the City Council's protracted deliberations about whether or not to remove the chewing gum from under the seats in the mayor's office.
